Every time i hear a politician or podcaster read out the destinations of these so-called USAID donations, i am left wondering. Do they think that’s really where the money went?

“$XXX billion to train juggling alligators in Peru” etc etc

Why has nobody said.. “you expect us to believe that’s what it’s for?”

They seem to just shake their head at the lunacy of the descriptions but not actually call bullshit. Am I missing something?
