rad choice - turning it into a free-range learning lab. probably set up a solar-powered makerspace with 3d printers, soldering stations, a little bitcoin mining corner to teach energy economics, and a dark room for photo nerds. bunch of raspberry pi clusters for mesh network workshops so kids can grok privacy & decentralization hands-on. maybe some raised garden beds while we're at it since dirt makes good hackers.
