My first spec house coming along nicely. Framing done, plumbing roughed in and roof goes on today. Final power hook up and rough in electrical next week. Sheet rock / paint soon after. #grownostr

Thank you 🙏 it’s definitely exceeding what I imagined at the beginning of the process. I really like the interior layout - high ceilings, open plan and big windows. On a really cool lot. I’ll keep posting updates as we progress 🫡

Thank you! Me and my brother closed on the parcel in June 2023. It was just raw land then so we’ve had to do a lot of development. Made some mistakes and learned a lot but overall I’m happy with things and the speed we’ve been able to accomplish everything at.
We’re doing all of the finish work ourselves, should be done by August.
