This is a real danger for user privacy.

A strict rules on transparency and accountability on big or small online platform that aims to "protect childrens" won't solve any existing problem regarding child abuse.

When we're talking about child abuse that happens from outside, Parents should be aware with their childrens especially when leaving your childrens roaming around to nowhere.

Solving it digitally by filtering most of "bad content" will just make the matter even worse. Not only we need to bypass this law for free speeches, Parents will become way and way lazier to monitor and or aware of what are their childrens doing in internet.
