Well I think he understands it but is making the point of how unfair/undemocratic it is which I get. While it's the companies choice to ban him, it certainly is unfair if he's playing by the rules of the company.

RFK Jr. can criticize big tech's censorship and not disrespect private property. A free market will render companies powerless and irrelevant when they trounce on the values of its customers, be it by suppressing speech or promoting pedophilia. However free speech and free flow of public information is crucial to proper market action, and he does have a point that big tech for the most part possesses the public square. RFK Jr calls out big tech for its IC collusion, but he doesen't propose destroying private property, rather to strangle the beast that's forcing big tech's hand. The solution isn't to seize private property, its to allow the market to find an alternative.
