How much air space do property owners control? At what point is this trespassing?

In Ancapistan you would be able to sue for damages as soon as the drone impacts your use of your property, including nuisance noise or visual.

I’m not sure at what point you would be okay taking the drone down. It might be a “use your judgement, but THEY might sue YOU for damages and win, so better be worth it” scenario. Or it might be more clear cut. I haven’t thought it out enough.

Maybe I could get one of those net guns so I don't have to shoot it with a regular gun. 😅

That's what subsonic rounds are for

More importantly, how much of airspace above your property do you have operational control over?

As high as you can shoot. Are there 3D printed rocket launchers?

I don't know why nobody has shot any of them down yet but they have my full support to do so

I know. If I see one over my property. I am going to at least try.

ive been wondering how microwaves are focused, and what kind of performance you could get out of commercial microwaves.

😂 that would be great.

We need a pleb darpa

it would out perform the State version by a large margin.

Which is probably why they are trying to gain monopoly control over AI and drone use now.

hm. i should look up the effective range of 12g birdshot…

Plausible deniability.

🤙 I would want to shoot it down. I would worry about getting sued though

Ya'll should take a closer look at that drone image. Zoom way in for the shocking truth.

Airspace is primarily a matter of zoning law.

In crowded, urban areas and areas close to major airports; or can be lower.

Rule of thumb has been 500 feet but that's up for a lot of debate.
