Unfortunately, not exist yet in any nostr clients. Because it needs a server and additional app that continously monitor relay whether specific users posts a note.

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe someone will add a NIP for it in the future. (I'm not smart enough to work on something like that) 🤣

Yes, i think it depends on clients developer whether they want to implement the feature or not. #Amethyst has some notifications because Vitor running additional server to give Amethyst user notifications. Although notifications only for Zap, DM, and reply if i'm not mistaken.
