cooking is very cool

I think it’s a very underrated skill these days. It’s like everyone “can” cook, but there are certain milestones that separate someone who can cook from someone who truly understands every step of the process

I don’t know how it is for everyone, but for me, it's very challenging.

I always feel doubt, fear making mistakes, and there are quite a lot of variables you can’t always control

my today’s meal:

- 550g of steak wet aged

- 100g of sausage

- 100g of halloumi cheese

- some garlic

Looks like a beauty - also appreciate the knife and board combo 🫡

yeah knife is my finding

it costs just 7$

and it’s very sharp I deep cut my finger the first day I bought it )

I see you added sausages to your steak. Because of taste?

GM brother 🤙🏼

I lacked meat recently so I bought some sausages to make up for it

I have plans to make my own sausage too

I tried doing my own lever sausage once. Taste was tough though but might be something for you. 🤷‍♂️
