You should be #lifting in such a way that you get the most out of the lightest weights possible, as opposed to ego lifting the heaviest think you can manage.

I’m strengthening my shoulders with 20lbs dumbbells and proper range of motion in front raise, lateral raise and reverse fly. All heads of the shoulders are fried.
