I have no idea what the preferred pronouns of the person in the hoody are. I don't know the gender of this person, nor do I care, but why are pronouns required.for.the dude with the beard, but not for the person in the hoody?

Maybe I'm too autistic to understand, but there seems to be a contradiction here.
