House APR’s are out the fucking roof almost hitting 10%, how in the living fuck I’m I ever going to buy a house that on average is almost 500K brahhhh lmfao it ain’t happening.

Debt to gdp ratio approaching historical high. This time no significant growth is expected to save the economy as it did after WW II.
