The government are apparently doubling the capital gains tax so people are selling up to avoid the hike.

and the extra will go to more contracts, more war ... something like that?
Yeah there is always more money for that sort of thing even when they are apparently trying to fix a £20 billion deficit. We even give foreign aid money to to India even though they have a space program makes perfect sense..
