Its up and running yes. Not sure where to test a delagation key yet. Need to find a pure chat app or something.

I was able to post to my account using a "note only" Key from the app.

Awesome! I started working on a mini UI page with just the bare minimum required fields to send a delegated note.

Will make it a little easier to send real-world delegated events.

I tried getting Docker set up on a Windows machine for the first time this morning and had some not-noob-friendly roadblocks (enabling virtualization in the BIOS, then some `netstat` issue to expose the container's port).

But all worked well from then on!
