Since when is that the policy of either of these outlets? 😂 “51 Intel agents say laptop is Russian disinformation” “Russian collusion” “pee tape” but a shooting that you can see happen is where they draw the line?

No, just that if you can't confirm it you can't say it. Not a statement about their ability to follow that policy in general.
