King Charles III has all the power in the United Kingdom. That leaves no power to anyone else. Accordingly, the parliament has no power. They advice the king.

The monarch owns the house of common thieves and the lords of parasitism.

The potentate is beyond reproach. He is the commander-in-chief. He owns the Civil Service and all workers therein. The overlord owns your children. That's why he can lock them down in "your" own house and inject them to death.

The British government is His Majesty's private government. He appoints the prime minister and the entire supreme court.

King Charles III can behead his prime minister.

It is written. It is custom. It is precedent.

To fix the United Kingdom, the principled plebs have to decapitate their supreme ruler.
