Given how one-sided, sensational and propagandish main stream media has become, I haven't watched it for a long time. I only watch alternative media podcasts such as what shows up on Rumble. I'm a bit worried that now I'm ONLY hearing from the outsiders, the ones excluded from the main stream. I don't want that either. I want to hear from reasonable people who I don't agree with. Where can I find them? Are there any mainstream but still sane and reasonable media sources? DW news in Germany and the WSJ are all I visit now. Anything else?

I like the No Agenda podcast - you get the mix of both sides. Mainstream news highlights and their (alternative) interpretation which you can choose to agree/disagree with.
I sometimes watch ‘Rising’ which is on you tube. Joe Rogan is also mainstream these days and worth a look on Spotify or catch the clips on You tube.
