Looking good. I discovered that if I turn my steak a bit more often then there's less of this gray color inside.

I could do it every 30seconds for 3 or 4 times. Then wrap it in foil to let it continue cooking another 2-3 minutes and 2 3 minutes naked rest. Enjoyyy
