THAT IS MOSTLY IRRELEVANT.

WILL LIKELY STILL BE EFFECTIVE AT SILENCING BRAZILIANS WITH LARGE AUDIENCES. LARGE KNOWN X ACCOUNTS. THEY WILL RISK PUNISHMENT IF THEY POST.

If we had precedent that protocols couldnā€™t be legally banned under constitutional law it might be helpful in creating an impossible whack-a-mole situation for the gov
