If I follow someone, but we are connected to totally different relays, will I see their posts?

Probably not
It will depend on if those relays are relaying to other relays that you relay from and to.
We have support for a “default relay” when you follow someone, I.e clients can load users content from their specific relays. I’m not sure how well that’s supported yet through.
