Isn't an open and fair conversation what we all want? Sometimes devs are too narrow minded to see what the general public wants and needs. I would agree that we should be careful not to soften the protocol, especially in the beginning, but at least listen to some ideas, even if they are bad or flawed. The best protocol is useless if no one uses it. I see it like this, everyone is throwing shit to a wall and what sticks will be discussed further and maybe implemented
