I would say their "Rights" are simply the responsibility of their parents.
Throws into question wards, orphans, etc.
But grown up infantile snowflakes don't count.
They're the ones advocating.

Their rights extend beyond their parents. Think of abusive situations. I agree with the sentiment of the meme in context of adults but children can't be overlooked.
Analogies and memes always fall just short of reality.
Healthy, constructive pushback is always good.
Especially with memes. They harbor fallacy.
Pushback and questioning is how we win.
