GM! I say this as a lifelong finance professional: be very skeptical of companies where the leaders are mostly MBAs, consultants, and lawyers. Companies where most leaders are engineers, product, tech, operations, manufacturing, etc have a much higher likelihood to succeed.

The exception can be where fiat money services are the core product like banks.
