These are the few avenues of attack they will start with:

▫️ Will push to convert Bitcoin to Proof of Stake

▫️ Will use the legal system to prove Bitcoin is controlled by the minors

▫️ They will work to pass global Crypto regulations and KYC every wallet

I don't understand all the details, but I agree with the premise.

Could communication with the blockchain be identified in transit and censored with AI?

This seems to be the way of the world, and I'm sure they will throw massive-scale tools like AI at it, one way or another, to try and control it. And, thus, us.
