The problem is, no amount of mental health expenditure will fix it. Mental degradation during childhood and teen years is almost impossible to fix. They don't act crazy, they are crazy now. The issue is they make life hell for whoever is near them.
This is a systemic problem. Our culture is broken, and we intentionally inflict it on our women.
