Russia did it. And it is ok for Russia to attack Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, remove entire towns and villages from existence, kill and rape Ukrainians and kidnap their kids, force them to become russians and punish them when they resist?
Russia blew up its own pipeline and a it's bargaining chip with the west, you honestly believe that?!
