Lifting weights and getting stronger is about the finding the right balance between: form, tension and load.

Slow, form-perfect heavy-load lifts where I focus on maintaining tension and holding contracted position for 8-10 reps has me stronger and bigger than ever. Eating 2+ pounds of #beef daily doesn’t hurt either 😂

Took a long time for me to find and hone this balance 🔼

Yeah I just like my smoothie too damn much. I’m maxed out mostly so I don’t feel too guilty about it lol

I think it’s good. the only reason I think pure carnivore feels so good is from the dramatic drop in glyphosate poisoning my target is always in the 40-60 carbs a day keeps the body using both metabolic systems.
