Replying to Avatar burns

Hearing conflicting views on AI.

One camp warns of AI taking over the world, potentially enslaving humans, or worse.

The other says the AI capabilities are drastically over-exaggerated by the startup/VC community in order to profit off of the hype.

Personally, I went into trying ChatGPT & AutoGPT with low expectations and, still, was underwhelmed. With that said, I haven’t yet used GPT-4, Google’s AI, or anything else.

What do you think?

What can you make of a socialist with a fable for ripple? As long as he has not understood that ripple is a shitcoin I can not celebrate xD

Secondly, what are you referring to? Is there a connection between AI and Ripple?

Haha yeah, I tried to convince him that Ripple is a shitcoin and he should say so, but he won't and insists that Ripple has a right to exist alongside Bitcoin. I've tried everything, but he seems to really like Ripple, and socialism is also the best construct and better than Austrian School theory. www.zerohedge.com/technology/silent-strings-chatgpt
