I'm gonna strangle one of the dudes I work with every break he takes is double or quadruple the amount of time it's supposed to be and he takes extra breaks as well. The dude has had 3 half hour breaks today and that's not even including his lunch.

Bit extreme, maybe try reporting him first 😂

Alternatively, do his job while he's on a break and make certain everybody knows you are picking up his slack.

Problems are often opportunities.
