In life I have learned that people typically show their true selves within 6 months. I believe it’s important to be open minded and give people chances. But don’t let your guard down. Question everything and ask what is their agenda. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing. No one knows everything. We are all just children pretending to be adults. The desire to learn, grow and to become better versions of ourselves everyday should be the goal. Which is why humility > ego.
