The limit now to reach to the #superintelligence is not the GPU but the energy. The variable is the quantity of electricity available (and the data but that is another subject). If this trend continue the AI cnies who are extremely eager to be first will pay anything for energy and will make energy prices skyrocket. It has started with over-valuation of Bitcoin miners because they “own” electricity. We could think that once A cny gets the super intelligence, they will ask the AIS how to collect more energy and is that even necessary 😅.
