On the third day of the event, there were about 3-4 relay operators from Japan. I had brief conversations with them about maintaining relays. I don’t believe there were any sessions on Nostr relays or their management at Nostrasia, nor were there any requests for such beforehand. I think within Nostr, relays are not a topic of much interest.

I guess backend doesn't get users excited 😅 but I feel that there's active chat happening between all client devs & if there was a parallel chat between relay ops, that would be cool (maybe there's a telegram group? 🤔)

Information exchange among Japanese relay operators happens openly within Nostr. Rather than in some forum or chat group, it's more about individuals following and observing each other. If there are closed discussions happening on Telegram or Discord, then perhaps I'm just not invited 😂.
