I'd love to see someone update heya.fund with shadcn ui and build it out into a complete platform. It's a good start but could be so much better.
Heya.fund allows anyone to create zap goals - basically fundraisers that nobody can "take down".
It uses nostr events to publish goals and anyone can zap from any client that supports zap goals (hint: many should add this functionality!)
How specifically does it prevent a government takedown of the heya.fund subdomain?
It doesn’t. Zap goals are nostr events that can be implemented into any client, one that you could even self host, so nobody would be able to stop it. Take one client domain down, use another.
