Put up my modified Johnson Su bioreactor. Have a few design changes for the next one. Mainly put the cage as a circle on TOP of the pallet vs nailed to outside, and bigger airflow pipes. (Thats why its bulging). Got to 125+ for a couple days but I’m now down to ~100 steady. How long should we let this cook for #[0]​ ?

I got mine to 100, but now it wavers between 80 and 90.

I figure I'll let it sit for a year before I check it out.

I also soaked it with about 2 gallons of urine. I'm not sure if that's too much or too little.
