I believe this is all they want. This is what the miners want, but they're silent and they passed it over to Bitcoin core. Because bigger blocks or more data in the blocks means more fees. And the miners have been crying that the fees is not enough to keep the lights on. So I say, keep small blocks, miners that take out loans will get fucked. And have to shut off the lights.

Honestly, this whole fiasco will become pointless in no time at all, imo. And it's pointless to argue about it. Any miners who are complaining will just lose support from individual miners. OCEAN is having the way.
