Fine if some relays/clients want to do that. I’m not anti-walled gardens in general, I can see good reason for limiting and restricting access to certain areas of #nostr but doing so platform-wide with KYC being the filter like Xitter is doing is not the solution, that’s going to kill interactivity and this the platform whereas nostr doesn’t have the level of engagement to kill off and being an open protocol means it would play very different here.
