With Olympus, Zeus' LSP, it starts at 10k sats for channels <1M sats, or 1% for channels 1M to 5M. It can be higher depending on the on-chain fee environment.

Yes. Idk if they still do, but they use to throw an extra 100k sats on the channel, so you wouldn't have the channel automatically filled on your side too. So if you received 300k, they'd give you a 390k channel with 290k on your side and 100k on theis
