A feature I'd love to have is being able to "bookmark"/save notes in specific categories i create for quicker and easier later accessibility.
Like I'd love to save specific #bitcoin educational notes I want to revisit or some specific cybersec tech I wanna come back to or just funny meme library I wanna keep.
Is this available on any client?

Yes, #nostrudel is browser based. But it does work in https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nostr.universe on mobile too.
For bookmarks in #amethyst just tap the little three dots on the top right of a note. In the menu you're able to add the note to a private or public bookmarks list. To see your bookmarks just swipe from the left to right of the screen or tap your profile icon.
nostrudel will show you the public bookmarks from amethyst only.

The implementation possibility (lists of posts) DOES exist on nostr, however. But “social” clients are still kinda slow to “differentiate” from the standard Twitter model. This will come.
