He just talks about creating another AI to compete with other companies like DeepMind etc. TruthGPT is a great name to call it when you're marketing it (which is what he's clearly trying to do in this vid). You also have to ask yourself "Who dictates what the truth is?". Lol. Elon and the people at OpenAI aren't all knowing people. We can't rely on a small number of people to create an AI. And if you want something like an AI to integrate with humanity, you have to let it grow organically with society.
