I had a tattooer that would wear one of those posture back brace things. he also had this band-pike thing he'd velcrow around his stomach and lower back. I'm not sure if it was to help with posture or just prevent it from getting worse though.
The back bracr prevents the necessary muscles from developing and results in worst posture down the line.
