Humans have been flat-out worse than A.I. gone rogue... or has nobody noticed? That was my subtextual point. That as much as we fear A.I. gone rogue, humans are already judging cases in worse ways.

I suppose I should just say what I mean directly instead of trying to be funny.

What about a rigorously programmed computer, not AI at all, but rigorously following certain rules?

Yeah, that I would like.

But it would need to be great at case by case context. I have no doubt the basics can easily be programmed.
