I recently got my nostr:nprofile1qqs9mvjd9uym8ey4w5vevlrxqfesm666cm6su27svcwqfvj8ztvhlgspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduqz3e96. It's a breath of fresh air regarding ease of use and peace of mind. I won't be using it for my whole stack due to the increased trust required in a central authority. However, I do think this is a step in the right direction for making multi-sig self-custody accessible to newcomers. Does anyone have any thoughts on the Bitkey? What are your thoughts on balancing self-sovereignty with convenience?

it’s only good because we can’t think of no better way to prevent newcomer from losing their keys. I just remember my key and passphrase now! - for close to two years. so i think self sovereignty is key, because i know how to not lose my keys.
I still have one key in my icloud notes that i can’t get into from way back when i first heard of bitcoin. im pretty sure there aren’t any coins on those key, but i don’t know 🤷🏾‍♂️.
