Thank you and great question. Yes—you can budget in both and switch between them at any time. With Sat Sorter you set your budget in the currency you earn (so USD for example). The USD amounts you enter are anchored — they never change no matter how Bitcoin moves. Then just flip the toggle to see every line item in sats; the app automatically updates the sat values with the current exchange rate. Spend in sats all month, and budget your sats as you spend them either manually or using NWC and Alby. If you need to budget a fiat expense, or just want to see your original fiat values you budgeted, switch back to USD and the original dollar amounts are still there.
