I have just proved my self that it’s not how many times you go to the gym, it’s 97% what you eat. Hands down.

💯 eat good and minimal gym does the trick

Run to the gym tap the wall and run back home

Quantity is also important

Safe exercise is important. But good nutrition and hydration is critical. But like exercise, it's surprisingly hard to do consistently..💖👍🤗
