How do you prepare them? I make jam and eat fresh off the tree. This year I'm going to try to make fruit roll ups with them.

I dont have any yet, just bought 2 small trees last wkend, but i had a large tree a long time ago, at my old place. The fruit was amazing and i would just eat it fresh. I saw these two trees and couldnt resist.
