“I am currently out of the office on maternity leave, expecting to return on February 2025. I do not have access to email during this time.”

…. And… Maternity/Parental leave is not always a positive experience career wise. Even though taking care of a child is an amazing experience, unfortunately women are suffering discrimination at work and have often their career “on hold” due to be out of the workforce for a year (sometimes more).
It looks good on paper but everything has 2 sides….
Employers who think parenthood isn’t hardcore training for dealing with nonstop bullshit and whiny, demanding people while running on 2 hours of sleep a night are idiots. 🤣
