Absolutely it cares. People are batteries and you can never have enough of those.
It cares in the same way a rancher cares about it's livestock.
We're just tax cattle.
I rarely meet government employee that is capable of thriving in the public sector -or getting a real job beyond the basic:
-being on time and following simple rules from day to day.
They are simply parasites on the system of real men that build things.
