If I had to choose one dish for the rest of my life I think that will be" fresh bigoli with duck sauce" and of course rivers of prosecco
I could go with that (Prosecco included), such a rich history this pasta has too,, have a good source of fresh duck eggs and good Arizona buckwheat too,,
