You have to be signed in to a GitHub account or somebody posted a proxy link that you could use to download it as well.

Yeah, I am not sure when it's actually going to end up in the releases section where you don't have to have an account.

I'm also waiting on PGP signatures to check like I would with normal wallet software. I could just build it myself, but I am patient.
