I like what you call it. I never heard that one before.
I use Microsoft Loop. Which is basically Microsoft solution to compete with Notion, but in my opinion it’s much more advanced. Because you can take parts of your Notes and copy them as live objects to teams outlook…etc.

I started out using [Bear Notes](https://bear.app) and when I learned of [Obsidian](https://obsidian.md), I promptly switched to it. Obsidian is a rabbit hole on its own but you can have syncing issues if you’re switching between platforms.
I’m currently investigating [AnyType](https://anytype.io) as I’ve heard really good things about it. I would self-host as a rule provided the convenience does not suffer much. There are levels to this self-sovereignty thing.
I need to go deeper down that rabbit hole 🐇

A word doc + ctl-f
I make a new one each quarter. Keeps it to a relatively manageable number of pages.
I used to use a Google doc but it got so long. Making a new one each quarter is a great idea!
I’ll be going through this thread, I tried Todoist for a long time but a lack of proper notifications makes it fairly useless to me. I need a better solution
