A couple years ago, the city changed a law which allows the call to prayer to be broadcast (by mosques) as late as 11PM or as early as 330AM (exempting it from the regular noise laws)
yeah and the yahoo "fact check" says its not EXACTLY true because it isnt LITERALLY the "city" doing the actual call.
